Returns Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your order please return within 14 days of delivery date for a replacement or refund.

Please return, include your details and the order number to:

Please send via registered post to protect yourself against loss. Refunds are credited to the credit card used to purchase. We will refund you the full costs of the items you have returned within 14 days.

Returned goods must be received in perfect condition.

For EU Customers: Please send your return your order via a prepaid, insured, traceable method.

Please retain your shipping documentation so that we can complete for International Customers (including US):

You must write ‘British Returned Goods’ on any airway bill or similar documentation in order to avoid VAT and import duties.
